For yet another year, AMF enchanted the EDM faithful with a mesmerizing showcase during ADE.
Regarded by many as the apex of the world’s leading electronic music summit, AMF electrified the iconic Johan Cruijff Arena in a sold-out fest last year, celebrating its 10th anniversary while bringing together a staggering 40,000 fans. The arena-sized event is known for its jaw-dropping lineups, and its 2023 edition on October 20th was no exception.
As AMF entered its second decade, it introduced fresh headlining talent alongside dance music mainstays. Artists like Afrojack, Armin van Buuren and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike shared the stage with this generation’s new superstars, like Charlotte de Witte, James Hype and MEDUZA.
The event was nothing short of extraordinary, kickstarted by an exclusive DJ set by none other than Like Mike before Purple Disco Machine, MEDUZA and James Hype took the decks. Armin van Buuren once again reinforced his status as an undisputed tastemaker while Afrojack and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike kept the party going with huge performances.
Meanwhile, Charlotte de Witte provided the crowd with her typically riveting dose of techno while R3HAB delivered a fiery performance. Iconic hardstyle producer Headhunterz closed out the festival in a stunning way, marking one of his very last performances before his impending retirement from DJing.
In addition to the music, AMF offered a visual spectacle. With breathtaking stage design and a boundless lighting setup, it transformed the Johan Cruijff Arena into pure dance music magic. The event’s radio partnerships across Western Europe helped expand its reach and shared the magic with a broader audience.
TikTok’s involvement as the official content partner also brought AMF’s high-quality content to a wider viewership, ensuring that the energy and excitement of AMF 2023 will continue to resonate for years to come.
AMF’s next edition is taking place at the Johan Cruijff Arena on October 19th, 2024. Fans can pre-register for tickets here.
